How do I unsubscribe?

Subscribed from within the iOS?

Please follow these instructions: 

1) Please go to the iPhone's Settings 

2) Tap on *Your name* and choose Subscriptions 

3) Tap the subscription options related to the Prosperi Academy app 

4) Scroll down and tap on the Cancel button

Subscribed through the website?

Go to your Prosperi Profile → Subscription → Cancel Subscription and proceed with the process. 

If you subscribed through our website and then downloaded the iOS app, please follow the same instructions: Prosperi Profile → Subscription → Cancel Subscription and proceed with the process. It will redirect you to the web app page, where you have to log in and cancel your subscription in Settings.
